• Anti termite treatment will be done by the contractor. Basic Rainwater will be done by the contractor.

• Parapet wall height 3’6” will be done by the contractor.

• This package is valid for 1 month from the date of issue to Client.

AREA CALCULATION

• Measurements for the super built-up area will be taken jointly.

• Architect drawings to be provided in stages to the contracting company during construction, which will be a base line for design, material and finishing specifications.
